Connie offers a variety of massage services.  If you are interested in a specific type of massage and it is not listed, please let her know, as she is always looking for ways to expand her expertise  to satisfy her clients.

NEW!!! Thai Yoga Massage on the Table: Traditional Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor. I don't have the space for that, so I have learned how to adapt this awesome massage so I can do it on the Table. Client is fully clothed and the therapist will move your body through various poses and positions to achieve a zen-like state of peace and relaxation. Not your traditional massage, but still guaranteed to leave you feeling super.

Chair Massage:  Performed fully clothed on a specially designed chair.  Excellent for upper back and shoulder issues.  Available for corporate events.  A great introduction to massage if you have never had a massage before.
Cost:  $1 per minute.  Contact Connie directly to talk about having her come to your corporate event or party.

Swedish Massage:  :  The most popular and most common form of massage.  The therapist will use long soothing strokes to help you achieve maximum relaxation or if you desire, will attempt to address those tight areas that are bothering you.  Pressure varies according to your body state and also your desire, from a soft gentle touch to deep pressure.  This is often combined with Deep Tissue Therapy for a great massage session that leaves you feeling ready to face the world.

Reflexology Treatment: The feet (and the hands and ears) are windows to our body.  Through careful manipulation of reflex points in the feet, your entire body can be affected.  This treatment is amazingly relaxing and restorative. This style of integrative reflexology combines structural alignment theory with zone therapy, meridian theory and psychoneuroimmunology (connection between the immune system, nervous system and emotions) for a whole body approach.  Enjoy a session by itself or incorporate it into your massage or facial treatment.

Prenatal Massage:  A woman’s body undergoes major physical  changes through the months of pregnancy.  Relieve some of that stress with a relaxing massage.  Massage is performed laying on your side on the table, and consists of a full body experience.  Certain points on the body will not be massaged due to stimulation points that could cause a woman to go into labor.  Unfortunately, at this time, prenatal massage is not available for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, but we would love to see you as you enter the second trimester up to delivery.

Hot Stone Therapy:  Heat is a proven method for relaxing those tight bodily muscles.  Combine heat with massage and you have a most amazing experience.  Moist hot towels add to the experience for full body bliss.  The massage is conducted in a manner similar to Swedish massage, but instead of the Massage Therapist’s hands, hot basalt stones are primarily used for the physical contact.  Some placement stones will be situated on certain spots of the body and left there while other areas are massaged to maximize the effect.  Hot stone massage is not suitable for everyone due to health concerns and risks.

Aromatherapy:  Essential oils are oils that have been extracted from the roots, seeds, leaves or blossoms of plants for their therapeutic qualities.  These oils have been used for their therapeutic purposes for almost 6,000 years.   The oils used in your massage are chosen for the properties of the oils, not necessarily the aroma they emit (though most are quite pleasant).  The essential oils will be mixed with a carrier oil and used by the therapist in the same fashion as the cream or oil would normally be used in the massage.  In addition, a small bottle of the mixed oil will be given to you to take home to allow you to continue receiving the benefits of the essential oils. Note: full strength essential oils are not recommended for direct contact with skin, always dilute your oils.
