Relaxation Swedish Massage: The most popular and most common form of massage. The therapist will use long soothing strokes to help you achieve maximum relaxation or if you desire, will attempt to address those tight areas that are bothering you. Pressure varies according to your body state and also your desire, from a soft gentle touch to deep pressure.
Therapeutic Massage: Massage that you feel, and it makes you feel better. Skillfully combining different massage techniques to really make you feel good. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular techniques, Massage Cupping, stretching and careful application of heat or cooling can expertly release tension and improve your quality of life.
Thai Yoga Massage on the Table: Traditional Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor. I don't have the space for that, so I have learned how to adapt this awesome massage so I can do it on the Table. Client is fully clothed, and the therapist will move your body through various poses and positions to achieve a zen-like state of peace and relaxation. Not your traditional massage, but still guaranteed to leave you feeling super.
Reflexology Treatment: The feet (and the hands and ears) are windows to our body. Through careful manipulation of reflex points in the feet, your entire body can be affected. This treatment is amazingly relaxing and restorative. This style of integrative reflexology combines structural alignment theory with zone therapy, meridian theory and psychoneuroimmunology (connection between the immune system, nervous system and emotions) for a whole-body approach. Enjoy a session by itself or incorporate it into your massage or facial treatment.
Prenatal Massage: A woman’s body undergoes major physical changes through the months of pregnancy. Relieve some of that stress with a relaxing massage. Massage is performed laying on your side on the table and consists of a full body experience. Certain points on the body will not be massaged due to stimulation points that could cause a woman to go into labor. Unfortunately, at this time, prenatal massage is not available for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, but we would love to see you as you enter the second trimester up to delivery.
Hot Stone Therapy: Heat is a proven method for relaxing those tight bodily muscles. Combine heat with massage and you have a most amazing experience. Moist hot towels add to the experience for full body bliss. The massage is conducted in a manner similar to Swedish massage, but instead of the Massage Therapist’s hands, hot basalt stones or salt stones are primarily used for the physical contact. Some placement stones will be situated on certain spots of the body and left there while other areas are massaged to maximize the effect. Hot stone massage is not suitable for everyone due to health concerns and risks.

Couples Massage Class: Most people wonder how I can do massage after massage after massage, because when they try to work out a tight spot on someone else, they are quickly done and their hands hurt. The purpose of this class is to teach you how to care for your partner through touch without hurting yourself. Mostly designed to be a hands-on class, your will work on each other to share and care the gift of touch. We will spend a couple of hours learning about ways to address those stubborn problem areas that can always use a touch up massage between your regularly scheduled massages with me (haha). Get a gift with your class (maybe it will be a chance to get your very own massage with me?). Please contact me to schedule your class- would prefer to do these on a weekend so other massages do not get in the way. $250
